Ides Vandevelde has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Solutions Engineering Director at Syniverse since May 2012, leading teams across EMEA, India, and APAC to support mobile network operators. With a robust background in technical pre-sales, Ides has played a pivotal role in developing strategies and positioning cloud services for revenue growth. Previous positions include Solutions Engineering Manager and Senior Solutions Engineer at Syniverse, Product Manager M2M at Mobistar, and Roaming Coordinator at Meucci Solutions. Ides began a career in telecom as Regional Technical Manager at Belgacom International Carrier Services and as a Business Consultant at Artilium. Ides holds a Master’s degree in Textile Engineering from HOGENT.
