Juana Hochman Mendez has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Juana started their career with Oi/Telemar in 2004 as an Especialista de Telecomunicações, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined MACH as a Roaming Expert and later became a Roaming Manager. In 2013, Juana joined Syniverse as a Manager Customer Operations and worked in this role until 2018, when they were promoted to Lead Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Customer Success Manager (mgmt) at Syniverse since May 2022.
Juana Hochman Mendez has a strong educational background in the field of Telecommunications. Juana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2004. Juana further specialized in the field by completing a postgraduate program, earning a degree in Mobile Communications from the same university in 2009.
