Michaelis Petyhakis

Michaelis Petyhakis is a Senior Account Manager at Syniverse since January 2014, overseeing a global strategic account with 30 operations worldwide, and is responsible for managing contracts, financials, and new implementations while ensuring high customer satisfaction and significant upsell opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales & Account Manager at MACH from 2009 to 2014, where management of key accounts in the mobile telecommunications sector was a focus, along with sales forecasting and business development. Earlier roles include a Senior Telecom Consultant and Solution Architect at Hewlett-Packard from 2000 to 2009, providing technical consultancy and leading architecture design for large projects, and various positions at MACH from 1997 to 2000, including Product Manager and Client Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product development and operational support for mobile operators. Michaelis holds a BEng in Engineering from the University of Reading and an MSc in Communication Systems Engineering from the University of Kent.
