Rob Urban

Rob Urban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rob currently holds the position of SVP, IT Portfolio & Business Operating Systems at Syniverse, a position they assumed in April 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the VP of IT at Frontgrade Technologies from January to April 2023.

Rob's earlier experience includes a role as the Vice President of Information Technology at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions - Microelectronics Solutions, where they were responsible for implementing and supporting IT services and solutions. Rob also served as the Senior Director of IMO Integration, leading the integration of the Aeroflex Acquisition into CAES and implementing DoD cybersecurity compliance requirements.

Before joining Cobham, Rob worked at ARRIS, where they led the divestiture of the Cable Division from Motorola Mobility to ARRIS. Rob also established and oversaw the company's program management office and served as the IT development manager for communication applications.

Rob's career at Motorola Mobility included various roles such as Sr. Manager of Order Management, EBS Strategy, Supply Chain & Repair, and Manager of Order Management, Quality & Repair. Rob also served as an IT Project Manager and a Business Systems Analyst & Developer during their time at the company.

Rob Urban completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from La Salle University in 2003. Following that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university in 2013.
