Rachel Metz is a Client Relationship Manager at Synkriom. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer relations.

Rachel began their career in 1998 as a Director of Social Services at The Mary Wade Home. Rachel then transitioned into sales, joining E.W. Hannas, Inc. in 2011. Rachel was with NASKART, LLC from 2016 to 2018, before taking on their current role at Synkriom.

At Madison Company, Rachel was an OEM Account Manager responsible for managing three Domestic territories: Midwest, NorthCentral & Northeast; International territories of Asia, Africa & Canada; Military contractual accounts. In this role, they provided exceptional service to existing relationships and accounts; as well as daily phone and email marketing outreach to grow company revenue as well as product and brand awareness.
