Nazly Silva

Nazly Silva's work experience includes holding the position of Head of Lab Organization at SYNLAB Colombia since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Production Leader at SYNLAB Colombia from November 2018 to April 2022. Before joining SYNLAB Colombia, Nazly Silva worked as the Central Process Manager at Angel Diagnóstica from May 2016 to November 2018.

Nazly Silva received their Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from Universidad del Valle in Colombia, completing their studies from 2003 to 2008. Nazly then went on to pursue further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad del Valle from 2016 to 2019, focusing on general business administration and management.

In terms of certifications, Nazly Silva earned the "IPS Accreditation" from Icontec in June 2017 and completed an "Update in ISO 15189:2012 Standard" from ACG Quality and Management Consultancy in February 2014.
