Dr Marcela Gondek

Dr. Marcela Gondek currently serves as the Transformation Training Lead at SYNLAB UK & Ireland since September 2023. Previously, from 2016 to August 2023, Dr. Gondek held several roles at Middlesex University, including Biosciences/Biomedical Laboratory Technician, PhD Research Assistant specializing in Glycomics, Proteomics, and Molecular Biology, and Hourly Paid Lecturer in Natural Sciences. Responsibilities included facilitating student learning, overseeing dissertation projects, and maintaining analytical equipment. Prior experience includes a Senior Team Manager position at Delaware North Companies from 2007 to 2022, managing teams during various events. Dr. Gondek holds a Master of Science in Molecular Pathology, a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Proteomics and Glycomics, all obtained from Middlesex University.
