Wendy Rose

Wendy Rose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at SYNLAB UK & Ireland, Wendy oversees high-quality laboratory and diagnostic services. Previous roles include Director of Global GTM at Dialogue, where global health solutions were expanded, and Group Sales Director at WTA Group, focusing on revenue growth strategies. Wendy also held significant positions at Bupa, where innovative sales strategies were implemented in corporate health solutions, and at BHSF as Business Change Lead, leading digital transformation following a major acquisition. As Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Nexus Healthcare, Wendy successfully transformed the startup into a profitable entity prior to its sale. Early career experiences include roles as Research Analyst at Euromonitor International and Research and Marketing Manager at AXA. Wendy holds a BA Hons in History and French from The University of Manchester, as well as a diploma from Sorbonne University.
