Elsje Harris

Elsje Harris is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on remuneration and benefits, currently serving as the Head of HR Shared Services and Remuneration at Synlait Milk Limited since December 2022. In this role, Elsje is responsible for designing and implementing remuneration frameworks to attract and retain talent.
