James Taylor

James Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, integrated business planning, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Integrated Tactical Planning Manager at Synlait Milk Limited since February 2023, James implements IBP techniques to enhance workflow performance and team support. Previously, as Head of Operational Excellence at Enable Fibre Broadband, leadership was demonstrated in managing teams to advance operational excellence and deliver fiber broadband services to Christchurch. Additional roles include National Sales Manager at Central Heating New Zealand Ltd, Supply and Logistics Manager at Connetics, and various leadership positions at Meridian Energy and Rexel.
