Ting Bailey

Ting Bailey currently serves as the Head of Financial Operations & Systems at Synlait Milk Limited since August 2025. Previously, Ting held the position of Group Risk and Assurance Manager at Westland Milk Products from April 2017 to August 2025, where responsibilities included the implementation of a 3 lines of defence risk and assurance model and fostering a culture of risk awareness. With expertise in risk management, Ting also served as the Group Internal Auditor at Westland, overseeing internal audit activities, and prior roles included Senior Associate in Risk Assurance at PwC New Zealand and Internal Auditor at the Earthquake Commission. Ting began a career managing store operations at PS Marketing Ltd and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Canterbury.
