Colby Gingles is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and previously as Outside Sales Manager at SYNLawn since May 2015, Colby has a strong background in driving sales performance and managing teams. Prior to SYNLawn, Colby held operations and sales leadership roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods from March 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included developing departmental schedules, managing sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Colby began a career in leadership as a Foreman at Duke's Contracting from May 2007 to August 2009, showcasing a foundation in team management and project oversight.
