Pierre Marchand is the Chief Executive Officer at Synopsis S. A., bringing extensive experience as a global business unit executive and general manager across Latin America. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at IBM, including General Manager for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, where they achieved significant turnaround success and fostered a high-performance culture. Pierre’s educational background includes an MBA from ESADE and ongoing studies at Kellogg Executive Education. They are also a board member and advocate for developing female talent within a diverse workforce. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, Pierre holds dual citizenship in Peru and Switzerland.
