Adrienne S. McBride

Adrienne S. McBride is an experienced communication consultant and enterprise transformation strategist currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at Synopsys Inc. With a strong background in workforce communications, Adrienne previously held key roles at Kaiser Permanente, where they led communication strategies during significant organizational changes, and Mercer, where they developed impactful employee communication strategies. Adrienne has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, mergers and acquisitions, and employee engagement, and they continue to pursue advanced studies in Communication and Public Relations at the University of Southern California. They hold a BA in Communication and English from the University of California, Davis.
