Akram Nafee

Akram Nafee is a seasoned semiconductor R&D Engineering Leader and Project Engineering Manager currently serving as the R&D Engineering Manager for Interface IP at Synopsys, where they lead a team in developing advanced PCIe SerDes IPs across multiple technology nodes. Previously, they held the position of Senior Mixed Signal Design Engineer at Kapik Integration, where they led various projects related to touch controllers and DAC designs. Akram began their career at Snowbush IP as an Intermediate Analog Design Engineer, contributing to the development of high-speed SerDes technology. They earned multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, including a BASc in Applied Science and Engineering and an MASc in the Electronics Group.
