Alexei Svizhenko

Alexei Svizhenko is a Principal R&D Engineer at Synopsys, where they focus on developing models and algorithms for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) for advanced technology nodes. Previously, Alexei served as a Research Scientist at Stanford University and NASA Ames Research Center, contributing pioneering research in quantum transport modeling and authoring over 40 papers. With a Ph.D. in Nanoelectronics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a strong background in solid state device physics, Alexei possesses extensive experience in EDA tools and programming.
