Amber Helm

Amber Helm is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commission analysis and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Senior Commission Analyst at Synopsys Inc since July 2025, Amber previously held the same title at Ansys from July 2024 to July 2025. Prior to that, Amber worked as a Financial Analyst focused on commissions at EZRA from August 2022 to August 2024 and spent nearly 14 years at Insight, progressing from a Commissions Analyst to a leadership role as Client Dispute Resolution Team Lead and Financial Services Team Lead. Education was completed at Redondo Union High School from 1990 to 1994. Amber has a strong track record in calculating incentive and award payments, implementing sales commission programs, and leading teams to resolve client and internal finance disputes effectively.
