Amber Zhang

Amber (Yan) Zhang is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience managing diverse business and financial functions. They have expertise in P&L analysis, cost control, inventory management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and strategic commissions modeling. Currently, Zhang serves as a Finance Principal at Synopsys Inc, following previous roles at Intel Corporation, where they specialized in various aspects of sales and marketing finance, HR finance, and factory finance. Zhang has also accumulated experience in equity research and auditing, beginning their career as an intern at CICC and later as a Senior Research Analyst at Bank of China International Holdings Limited. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Finance from Fudan University and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Rochester.
