Andrew Rollo

Andrew Rollo is a seasoned professional in government affairs and international trade, currently serving as the Sr. Director for Government Affairs at Synopsys Inc since July 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held various senior positions at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, including Senior Vice President and Vice President for the China and Transformational Exports Program, where efforts were focused on supporting U.S. exports. Andrew's experience also encompasses significant roles at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, including Chief of the e-Allegations program and Senior Economist, as well as positions at the National Security Council, where oversight of international trade and investment issues was provided. Andrew's early career includes serving as an Economist at the United States Senate and conducting macroeconomic research as a Senior Research Assistant. Andrew holds an MA in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
