Annette Rincon

Annette Rincon (Van Hout) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in university relations, learning and development, and corporate recruitment. Currently serving as University Relations Manager at Synopsys Inc since January 2019, Annette is responsible for the university recruitment strategy and management of the North American internship program. Previous roles at Synopsys include HR Program Manager for University Relations and Talent & Leadership Development, where Annette designed and implemented development programs for over 400 executives and contributors. At Fisher Investments, Annette held various positions, culminating in Learning & Development Program Manager, overseeing the launch of an online learning platform and delivering development solutions to more than 900 employees. Earlier experience includes roles with the Oakland Athletics and Red Bull, focusing on promotions, special events, and marketing. Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boise State University.
