Artur Antonyan

Artur Antonyan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development within the semiconductor and electronics industries. Currently serving as a Senior Architect in R&D Engineering at Synopsys Inc since December 2021, Artur has also held the position of Principal Engineer at Samsung Electronics, where significant contributions included leading the design of Samsung’s first commercial STT-MRAM prototype. Previous roles encompass lecturer duties at San Jose State University and various engineering positions at Synopsys and Yerevan Telecommunication Research Institute, with a focus on analog and mixed signals design, memory technology, and power electronics. Artur holds a Ph.D. in Automation and Control from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Automation and Electrician.
