Baljit Singh is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in library characterization and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Synopsys Inc. since June 2007, Baljit has contributed as a Senior Staff R&D Engineer and Staff Engineer, focusing on various aspects of characterization within the Siliconsmart R&D team, including re-characterization flow, constraints optimization, and performance optimizations among other responsibilities.
