Bart Weuts

Bart Weuts has extensive experience in the field of application engineering, particularly in Virtual Prototyping. Currently serving as the Director of Application Engineering for Europe and Korea at Synopsys Inc since April 2010, Bart oversees the engineering teams in these regions. Prior roles at Synopsys include Senior Manager and Senior Staff Field Application Engineer, with a focus on PreSales and PostSales support for Virtual Prototyping products. Previously, Bart worked at CoWare as a Services Architect and held various positions that spanned technical marketing and engineering management. Bart's career began as an Embedded Software Engineer at GET, and earlier as a Junior Services Engineer at Unisys. Bart holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Computer Science from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
