Benjamin Painter

Benjamin Painter is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Product Engineer at Synopsys Inc since September 2021, after progressing from a Senior Staff Product Engineer. Prior to this role, Benjamin was with Amazon as a Software Development Engineer from April 2017 to September 2021, and previously held various positions at Synopsys Inc, including R&D Engineer, Staff, Sr. R&D Manager, and R&D Engineer from January 2001 to March 2017. Benjamin holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Duke University and a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College.
