Bruno Santos is a seasoned R&D Engineer, Sr. I at Synopsys Inc since October 2021, with extensive experience in production planning and continuous improvement projects at Groz-Beckert Portuguesa, Unipessoal Lda from March 2013 to November 2021. In that role, Bruno contributed as an internal auditor for ISO 9001, managed improvement projects, and served as a production and project lead. Prior experience includes training in process consulting and applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies at Groz-Beckert from July 2011 to February 2013, and a trainee position focused on optimizing a rotating system for a pipe cutting machine laser at ADIRA S.A. in early 2010. Bruno holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, obtained in 2010.
