Chris Boots

Chris Boots is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director at Synopsys Inc since November 2011. In this role, Chris leads a team of over 25 employees, focusing on Order Management, License Fulfillment, and M&A integration, while collaborating with various departments to enhance quote-to-cash processes. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing Operations at Intuitive Surgical, where the sales operations organization was built from the ground up. Early career experience includes a Manager role in Finance at Exodus Communications and customer service/sales at Micro Focus. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Management from Menlo College and an A.A. in Administration of Justice from De Anza College.
