Dan Lee

Dan Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and project management within the semiconductor and technology industries. Currently serving as Director of Business Operations at Synopsys Inc since February 2025, Dan directs operational strategies for a global business unit, overseeing significant staff and project portfolios. Dan's previous roles at Synopsys include Sr. Manager and Manager of Business Operations, where Dan standardized project management processes and coordinated engineering and marketing functions. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Project Manager at Gennum Corporation, managing teams to develop optical communications ICs, and a lengthy tenure at PMC-Sierra, where Dan led cross-functional teams in the development of embedded systems and IC design.
