Divya Shetty is a highly experienced technical publications manager with a background in technical writing spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Publications at Synopsys Inc since December 2019, Divya has previously held prominent roles including Lead Technical Writer at Informatica and Principal Technical Writer at Apttus, where significant contributions were made in developing documentation for key products related to Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Management. Divya’s career also includes positions at Brocade, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Triumph India Software Services Pvt Ltd, and Thomson Reuters, with a robust focus on managing feedback processes, mentoring teams, and leading documentation efforts for various projects. Divya holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Science from Bangalore University and a postgraduate degree in Advanced Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong.
