Eric Deys P.Eng.

Eric Deys, P.Eng., is a Manager and R&D Expert Engineer at Synopsys, where they focus on mixed-signal semiconductor IP integration, particularly for DDR DRAM PHY products. A graduate of McMaster University with a B. Eng. in Computer and Electrical Engineering, Eric began their career at NCR Waterloo, developing Intel microprocessor-based circuit boards. They then advanced through roles at COM DEV and Wescam, eventually becoming a Senior Design Engineer and later Manager of ASIC Design at Gennum Corporation and Sigma Designs Technology Canada, where they managed the ASIC development team. Eric continues to utilize their extensive experience in ASIC/FPGA development and design team management at Synopsys.
