Frank Kavanagh

Frank Kavanagh has over two decades of experience in engineering and R&D, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Synopsys Inc since October 2001. Kavanagh has held various roles at Synopsys, including R&D Group Engineering Director, Director of Engineering, and Senior Staff R&D Manager, focusing on PCI Express IIP solutions, DDR protocol and memory controller IIP solutions, and AMBA DesignWare Library solutions. Prior to joining Synopsys, Kavanagh was a Principal Engineer at ParthusCeva from February 1995 to October 2001. Kavanagh graduated from University College Cork in 1996.
