Hans Giesen

Hans Giesen is an ambitious electrical engineer who holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Giesen has demonstrated experience in software and hardware development, including roles as a Senior Software Engineer II and Staff Engineer at Synopsys Inc. Previously, Giesen interned at Xilinx, where a model-based design space exploration method was developed to reduce exploration time. With a background in programming and hardware engineering across various companies, Giesen's current interests lie in reconfigurable computing, electronic design automation, and machine learning.
