Jayanthi Kasarla

Jayanthi Kasarla is a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Synopsys, where they create high-performing teams and drive innovation in the VLSI and EDA domains. With over 20 years of experience, Jayanthi has built effective teams and implemented productive systems to support global customers since joining Synopsys in 2000. Previously, they worked as a Design Engineer at Apel Radio Communications Systems and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, focusing on the design and quality assurance of advanced communication systems and military radars. Jayanthi holds a Master’s degree in Digital Electronics from Osmania University and completed an Advanced Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management.
