Starting as a Design Engineer at Motorola Inc., Jeff progressed through various technical roles at 8x8 Inc. and Chip Express, eventually transitioning to management positions at Synopsys Inc., where responsibilities included serving as Sr. Staff Application Consultant and Director of Applications Engineering.
