Jill Harding

Jill Harding currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning, Tax & Treasury at Synopsys Inc since March 2019, where leadership is provided for the Corporate FP&A, global Tax, and Treasury functions. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Planning and Vice President of Corporate Tax at Synopsys, and Managing Director in the Transaction Tax practice at Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in private equity and corporate clients in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Jill began the professional career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services. Educational qualifications include an L.LM. in Tax Law/Taxation from New York University and a J.D. from Michigan State University.
