Jimmy Cheng

Jimmy Cheng is the head of the Technology Intelligence Center (TIC) at Synopsys, where they lead corporate strategy on emerging technologies and collaborate with the VC community and startups. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Synopsys, they oversaw the EDA R&D team, generating over $1.3 billion in revenue. Jimmy co-founded Alliie and served on the board of directors for JC Company Inc., guiding strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. They hold an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and are actively involved as a strategic advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck and as an executive advisory board member at Myriad Venture Partners.
