John Kapinos

John Kapinos has extensive experience in sales and engineering within the technology sector, starting as a Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman where microwave circuits for radar systems were designed from June 1986 to July 1988. Following this, John served as a Sales Engineer at EEsof from July 1988 to October 1992, selling and supporting software solutions for RF and microwave circuit design. John continued as a Sales Engineer at M/A-COM from October 1992 to June 1994 before taking on a long-term role at Synopsys Inc, first as a Senior Executive Account Manager from July 1994 to May 2023, focusing on integrated circuit and electronic system solutions, and currently serving as the Director of Sales for the Great Lakes Region since May 2023, leading sales efforts for automotive and government/aerospace sectors. John holds an MBA in Business and Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
