John Oshea

John O'Shea is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Staff 3DIC Compiler Applications Engineer at Synopsys Inc. since January 2014. O'Shea specializes in advanced timing analysis and optimization techniques, particularly in cutting-edge process nodes such as 10nm and 7nm, and has developed new technologies focused on ECO performance enhancements. Prior to Synopsys, O'Shea worked at Uniquify Inc. as an ASIC Design Engineer, successfully managing timing signoff closures for hierarchical designs at 40nm and 28nm nodes. Earlier career experience includes a technical support role at IT Pros Corp, where skills in computer assembly and inventory management were honed.
