Julio Flores

Julio Flores is a seasoned internal audit executive currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Synopsys Inc., where they lead the department and have modernized auditing practices through data analytics. Previously, Julio held key roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG LLP, focusing on internal audit and regulatory compliance across various industries. They also contributed to the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) as President of the Los Angeles Chapter and as a member of the National Board of Directors. Committed to inclusion and diversity, Julio co-leads initiatives within the finance organization and serves on the board of Alternative Family Services, supporting foster children and youth. Julio is pursuing a degree in Accounting at California State University-Northridge.
