Kai (Victor) Li is a seasoned professional in software engineering and project management with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Manager of Software Engineering at 新思科技 since May 2016, Kai leads an R&D team in developing LTE-FDD eNodeB products, leveraging expertise in market analysis, project planning, and technical guidance. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at FiberHome, where key achievements involved the successful delivery of LTE-FDD eNodeB products and collaboration on projects with Intel Corporation and China Mobile Research Institute. Previous roles also include software engineering positions at O2Micro and Alcatel-Lucent, where significant contributions were made to firewall projects and CDMA MSC features. Kai holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication from Wuhan University, earned in 2005.
