Lars Kruse has extensive experience in engineering and design, beginning with a role as the Manager of the low power design group at OFFIS - Institute for Information Technology from 1996 to 2001. Subsequent positions include Senior Member Consulting Staff and Manager of Product Development at Magma Design Automation, where responsibilities involved R&D management of power integrity related to power consumption and voltage drop. Lars also served as VP of Engineering at ChipVision Design Systems from 2007 to 2010 and held the position of Principal Engineer at Synopsys GmbH from 2012 to 2021. Currently, Lars serves as a Principal Engineer at Synopsys Inc. since November 2021.
