Lee Smith

Lee Smith is currently the Director of R&D at Synopsys Inc, where they manage and develop code for TCAD device simulation. Previously, Lee worked as an R&D Engineer at Avant! from 1998 to 2002, and later at Synopsys from 2002 to 2007, where they held several roles including Staff R&D Engineer and Senior Manager, focusing on device simulation for advanced CMOS technologies. Lee is pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at Stanford University while also studying for a B.S. in Physics at the University of Florida.
