Liz Brown

Liz Brown is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for GTM and Marketing at Synopsys Inc since June 2024, Liz has also held prominent roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Epsilon and Senior Vice President at Gong. Prior experience includes significant positions at Cisco, where Liz led People & Communities for the Security and Collaboration Organization, and as Senior Global HR Director at DXC Technology, overseeing a large global workforce. Liz’s career began at Electronic Data Systems, advancing from roles in software engineering and program management to strategic HR leadership. A member of the Amplify Talent community, Liz actively contributes to the advancement of innovative HR practices. Liz holds a degree from James Madison University.
