Louis then served as an SAP Business Systems Analyst at Rowan Companies, Inc. from February 2006 to April 2010, focusing on SAP HCM modules and implementing document automation solutions. Following this, Louis worked at Champion Technologies as an SAP HRIS Analyst - Consultant for a brief period in 2010, before moving to Pacific Drilling Services, Inc. from December 2010 to February 2014 as an HRIS and Sr. HRIS Champion, where a global SAP payroll implementation was managed.
