Luc Elman

Luc Elman has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Synopsys Inc since February 1999, Luc oversees the Program Management Office and Data Analytics, reporting to the Customer Support Group Senior Vice President. Previous roles at Synopsys include Vice President of Application Services Europe, where leadership of a team of over 160 Field Application Engineers was undertaken, and Director of Application Services, managing a team of more than 40 Application Engineers across France and Italy. Earlier in the career, Luc worked as a Corporate Application Engineer at Synopsys and as an Application Consultant and Group Leader at Mentor Graphics. Luc's career began as a Design Engineer at ES2. Luc holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and an Engineering Degree in Microelectronics from ESIEE Paris.
