Matt Gutierrez

Matt Gutierrez is an experienced executive with a strong background in product management and marketing within the semiconductor and technology sectors. As the Executive Director of Product Management at Synopsys Inc since 2001, Gutierrez oversees Processor and Security IP product lines, including RISC-V based processor cores and security solutions for integrated systems. Previously, Gutierrez held various leadership roles at Synopsys, including Sr. Director of Product Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed worldwide marketing for processor IP and development tools, and Director of Marketing for the silicon IP portfolio. Prior to joining Synopsys, Gutierrez worked as VP of Business Development at The Silicon Group, VP of Marketing & Sales at Scientific Measurement Systems, and VP of Marketing at Fujitsu, alongside an engineering career at General Motors. Gutierrez holds an MSEE from The University of Texas at Austin and a BSEE from Kettering University.
