Matteo Pisati

Matteo Pisati is currently the Sr. Director at Synopsys, serving as the Pavia Site Manager and overseeing high-speed analog and mixed-signal design operations. Prior to this, Matteo held leadership positions at Inphi Corporation and eSilicon, where they managed teams focused on Analog IC and SerDes projects. Matteo's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics and a Senior Analog Designer at Marvell Semiconductor, where they played integral roles in architectural definition and high-speed design. Matteo earned a Ph.D. in Circuits for High-Speed Communications from Università degli Studi di Pavia, where they also completed their Laurea in Electronic Engineering.
