Matthew Gregory

Matthew Gregory is a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Manufacturing, Hardware Engineering, and Quality at Synopsys Inc. With a proven track record in scaling production of complex hardware products, Matthew has successfully launched four new products and doubled production output during challenging supply chain constraints. Previous roles include Supply Chain Operations at Amazon and Vice President of Operations at Cadence Design Systems, where they directed hardware operations and engaged in supply chain management. Matthew holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
