Maureen Ladd

Maureen Ladd serves as the Future Life Exploration Lead since March 2025, focusing on non-profit initiatives and mentoring in self-leadership for younger professionals, following retirement from Synopsys and the EDA/IC design sector. Previously, Maureen held positions as Project Engineering Manager and Applications Consultant at Synopsys Inc. from March 1997 to 2025, providing transistor-level tools consulting for various customers across the US. Additionally, Maureen worked as an Application Consultant at EPIC Design Technology since May 1996 and contributed to Alpha microprocessor chip design at DEC from 1986 to 1996. Maureen holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Project Management certification from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
