Nayan Bhalani is an Engineering Director with extensive experience in a wide range of technologies and designs, having successfully led and managed multi-disciplinary teams across various countries. They have held positions at notable companies such as Synopsys Inc. and Cirrus Logic, where they demonstrated strong leadership, project execution, and resource management skills. Nayan's expertise includes ASIC verification, mixed signal verification, and the implementation of new verification methodologies. They hold an MSc from The University of Edinburgh and are currently pursuing a BE at Dharmsinh Desai University while also studying for a PGDBM at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
