Olly Dickinson is the Director of Places, EMEA at Synopsys Inc, where they lead a European transformation program focused on workplace selection and fit-out. With 28 years of experience in enhancing colleague experiences and service delivery in critical data centre environments, Olly has held leadership positions at Fujitsu, including HQ Facilities Manager and Head of Property & Workplace for Nordic/Western Countries. They have full P&L accountability for over 50 locations across Europe and are a certified member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM) and CoreNet Global.
